Ceramides and cholesterol in the synergy with trehalose and macadamia oil in the composition of the cream-serum give a pronounced and prolonged moisturising effect.
Lamellar emulsion has physiological similarity with the lipids of the stratum corneum and represents lamellas in the form of "plates", which imitate the hydrolipidic layer of the skin. The lamelles of the cream-serum recognise and replace lost fragments of the hydrolipid mantle.
